Why do you ask questions about my purchase?

We aim to make sure that your purchase is suitable, safe and legal. Our pharmacists have to by law ensure that your order is suitable for you so they usually need to know more information about the order. Please try to answer all questions as honestly and accurately as possible so that the pharmacist can make an informed decision. If no details are filled in then the pharmacist will have no option but to decline the order. If the order is not suitable for whatever reason then the pharmacist will decline the order and offer you an explanation as to why the order was rejected.

I have placed an order which is over £45.00 yet I am being charged for delivery. Your site states that orders over £45.00 are delivered for free so why is there a charge?

If you order something which is from our electrical site then the delivery charges are different. It is sometimes possible to add electrical items from this site but then the delivery fees will revert to those shown on the electrical site. To qualify for free delivery with an electrical item in your order then the total needs to be over £95.00. If you are unsure then please telephone to check. The fee shown at the end of the order is the correct fee.

Can I buy Viagra/Cialis etc without a prescription

No. We are governed and operate within UK law. We can only supply prescription only medication when we have received a prescription signed by a UK prescriber through the post. Under no circumstances can we sell prescription medication without receipt of a valid prescription. Please do not order any of these items unless you have a prescription ready to send in the post.

We are aware of some sites on the internet which sell viagra without a prescription but these usually operate from abroad and there are no guarantees that what you receive is the real thing. All of our medication is legitimate UK stock, hence why we operate within UK law.
