Please ensure you check the delivery policy carefully since the costs vary depending from which site you have ordered.

Costs - ipharm drugs, medicines & health/beauty

WE OFFER FREE DELIVERY FOR ALL UK ORDERS OVER £45.00 (if your order contains any items which are part of the electrical range then free delivery only applies to orders over £95.00). This is a standard first class service, if you want a trackable service then you will still need to pay. There is no free delivery service for orders outside the UK.

Within the UK the delivery cost for ipharm orders if you choose Standard Delivery is £3.50, regardless of how much you order! For this, we use Royal Mail first class. You may have to sign for deliveries. Items sent via this method are usually delivered within 1-2 working days, however this is not a guaranteed or trackable service. If an item is sent this way but is not received then we are unable to take any action until 15 working days have elapsed from the date of posting. If you require something with a guaranteed service then we suggest choosing the Parcelforce option below.

Parcelforce is more expensive than standard delivery, but is a fully trackable service. The cost of this is £5.50, regardless of order size. This is not necessarily faster than the Royal Mail, but many people find that Parcelforce is more reliable and more convenient than the Royal Mail first class. We use parcelforce 24/Royal Mail next day for UK deliveries.Our delivery guides are timed from dispatch not the time that they were placed.

International deliveries to Europe are charged at the flat rate of £9.95, regardless of order size via Standard Delivery. If you would like the item to be signed for then it costs £14.95 regardless of order size. If you are outside Europe then please contact us before ordering for a shipping quote.

All orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. In the event of any delay you will be notified.

If we receive the order before 2pm then it will be dispatched the same day (Mon-Fri) providing the item is in stock and readily available. If you are desperate for the item then it might be worth telephoning us on 0844 770 7505 to ensure a dispatch date. 

Costs - ipharm electrical

Please note that if you add an item from our electrical site (www.electrical.ipharm.co.uk) then the delivery charges will revert to those shown on the electrical site and free delivery only applies to orders over £95.00

Standard delivery is £4.95 and next day delivery is £7.95. International deliveries can only be quoted before your order and will depend on the size/weight of the item along with the destination. The timescales for the deliveries are the same as above.

All orders are usually dispatched within 24-72 hours. In the event of any delay you will be notified.

If you are desperate for the item then it might be worth telephoning us on 0844 770 7505 to ensure a dispatch date. 

If a parcel is returned to us because you were not in when it was delivered and have not collected it from your local depot then we will contact you to let you know. You will have to pay the postage fee again for us to send it out - it is your responsibility to receive/collect the parcel once it has been sent out. We will not under any circumstances re-send a returned parcel out free of charge.

 
Returns Policy

ipharm is committed to providing quality products that meet your needs. We understand that there may be occasions when the items may not have been delivered correctly or that you no longer require the product. If this is the case then you can return any unwanted items within 14 days for a refund or replacement as long as they are unused and are returned with the original packaging. Please note once your order has left the pharmacy by law we are unable to accept returns for any medication unless the product is damaged or has been incorrectly sent. This represents the same policy as the traditional brick and mortar pharmacies and is governed by UK regulations.

In the event of a refund, please note the refund will be made by the same method used to pay for the order. Credit card companies will only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order. Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.  We will only refund the cost of the product, not for any shipping. There is a £5.00 administration fee for refunds when the product is not faulty.

How to return an Item

We will then email you a returns code - please use the returns note included with your order and write the returns code onto this note in the space provided. Post the return to the following address:
